Nephew Update

Baby Spencer is 1 week old now. We're so happy that everyone is adjusting and that brother and sister look like they're taking such good care of him!

Help in the Kitchen

Seems like we're spending too much time indoors lately . . . this is what happens every day in the kitchen.



Quiana, much to her dismay, discovered the unsweetened baking chocolate. After just a little begging - mommy made it into something "sweet." We have a happy house now.

So Much Snow

We have gotten plenty of snow the last few days - along with some wind. We are actually "snowed in" which is something that has never happened to me before. Josh decided that we had to stay home yesterday so that we didn't end up stuck and stranded. However, he spent the evening (and night) "saving" everyone else who hadn't made the decision to stay home. It is a beautiful day here today so while we wait for the plows we are enjoying some time outside.
